No major injuries were reported Thursday afternoon when a police car struck the back of a pickup truck in Arlington.
A car was broken down in the left lane of Arlington Expressway heading east, said Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Sgt. R.A. Harville. Other motorists were trying to avoid hitting the broken-down car. As a pickup truck braked to avoid striking the car, a police car ran into the pickup, causing it to flip onto its side, Harville said.
